Sexuality is one of the most human parts of life, and one of the least supported. I am here to support you.

As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, I've spent my career sitting with people in the hard stuff - shame, trauma, physical pain, grief and loss - and helping them find their way toward something that feels better. More connected. More like themselves.

The people I work with aren't broken. They're just stuck, temporarily. Together, we explore pleasure and desire, connection and closeness, and what it might feel like to actually be at home in your body.

And, we don't just talk about sex. Part of what makes sexuality so fascinating is that it's a doorway into how you relate to your body, your mind, yourself, and the people you love. I became a sex therapist so you'd know you can bring anything here. What I'm actually interested in is supporting you as a whole person.
